Actress Teri Hatcher, the star of Desperate Housewives, has been fighting a lawsuit which claims she breached a contract to promote a beauty brand.
In December 2007 Hydroderm Skincare was suing the 41-year old actress claiming that she was not promoting their Volumizing Lip plumping serum exclusively.
They filed a $2.4 million lawsuit against Hatcher when they found out she was also endorsing a competing product.
A judge ruled the case is not trial-worthy and has sent it to an arbitrator instead.
