Freida Pinto – Bond Girl in the next 007?
Freida Pinto has been invited to a screen test for the next 007 spy adventure. She could become the new Bond girl with James Bond Daniel Craig.
Freida came to the attention of the Bond team when they were casting Quantum of Solace. She was too young at the time to have a part as a love interest for a secret agent.
The 24 year old Indian actress and professional model performed as Latika in her debut film Slumdog Millionaire, which won the Academy Award for Best Picture in 2009.
She also has been cast in Woody Allen’s next film set in London. Shooting for the film starts in July 2009 with other cast members including Josh Brolin, Anthony Hopkins, Antonio Banderas and Naomi Watts.
Actually she looks like the bond girls in the past five movies or so. I think we need a blonde, for a change.
Jennifer Aniston is also in the running to become a Bond girl. The 40-year-old actress, who recently expressed an interest in appearing as eye candy in the British spy film franchise, has reportedly been offered a screen test…
